1.How does a heat pump work?

Heat pump is a high efficiency water heater. Its working principle is reverse Carnot cycle, Reverse Carnot cycle is refrigerant cycle, it consists of 4 important components. 1. evaporator. 2. compressor, 3. condenser, 4. expansion valve.

Household heat pump is small model heat pump, they are mainly air source heat pump. Household heat pump has two types, one type is Refrigerant cycle heat pump, another type is water cycle heat pump. Household heat pump working principle can be referred to air source heat pump.  4.
